Since Diesel was my first online purchase of a horse, I was not sure how the experience would turn out. However, Equestrian Resolutions made the transaction very positive. Diesel is exactly the horse that you marketed. The videos posted of him showed a quiet, levelheaded horse who rode calmly and was relaxed.  He looked to be safe yet curious and willing.

When I phoned Nora, she promised a horse who rode light in hand with comfortable gaits. The sales videos and conversation were the truth. Diesel is very responsive and a delight to ride. When I arrived at Equestrian Resolutions, the facility was clean, safe, and well maintained. 

When I picked Diesel up, he was healthy and well cared for just as his health certificate from a local vet reported.
